Seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a fast–paced organisation in the manufacturing industry based in Turriff. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing HR support and guidance across various functions within the organisation.

Description

Act as a key point of contact for day–to–day HR support and employee queries.Partner with site leadership to drive productivity, people initiatives, and HR KPI delivery.Support and coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and people processes, including absence management.Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and legislation.Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with best practice and legal requirements.Assist with HR projects, initiatives, and management development programmes to support the wider people plan.Promote company values and support the successful delivery of HR priorities across the site.Identify and escalate HR risks where appropriate.Travel across UK sites as required.

A successful HR Advisor should have:

Previous experience of working in a HR role within a manufacturing environment.Good understanding of UK employment law and experience managing ER cases.Self–motivated to prioritise and manage own workloadAbility to prioritise own workload in a fast –paced environmentAbility to interact at all levels of the businessFull driving license (requirement for UK travel)Desired:
