Title: Health & Safety Advisor

Location: Stamford

Salary: GBP30,000 – GBP35,000

In role you will support and drive Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) compliance and a strong safety culture within a growing manufacturing business, working closely with site teams and management.

You will input into risk assessments, training, incident investigations, and day–to–day administration of the health & safety management system.

Health & Safety Advisor s Key Responsibilities:

Support and promote compliance with UK health, safety and environmental legislation Assist in developing and maintaining effective health & safety systems and procedures Carry out risk assessments, inspections and audits to identify and reduce workplace risks Support safety training, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives Work collaboratively with managers and employees to promote a positive safety culture

Skills & Experience Required as a Health & Safety Advisor:

Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and risk management principles (Ideally have NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications) Ability to carry out and support risk assessments, audits and inspections Clear verbal and written communication skills to engage with all levels of staff Practical, hands–on approach to problem solving in a fast–paced environment Good organisational and IT skills, with confidence using systems and Microsoft 365 tools Full right to work in the UK
