Safety, Health, Fire & Environmental Officer – 38,000 to 45,000 – Mildenhall, Suffolk

A leading manufacturer in Mildenhall, Suffolk, is looking for a Safety, Health, Fire & Environmental Officer to strengthen its HSE function. This is a key role ensuring compliance with legislation, maintaining high safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across the business. You'll work closely with managers, employees, and contractors to promote a safe and sustainable working environment.

Pay & Hours:

38,000 – 45,000 DOEMonday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours)Full–time, permanentDuties of a SHFE Officer:

Advise on HSE matters across the businessConduct audits, inspections, and maintain records/KPIsInvestigate incidents and implement corrective actionsDeliver training, inductions, and toolbox talksReview risk assessments and contractor documentationSupport audits and regulatory inspectionsRequirements of a SHFE Officer:
