Location: Dartford, Kent (on site Monday–Friday)

Salary: Up to 55,000 plus Benefits

Irwin and Colton have been engaged by a leading Facilities Management organisation, who are looking to bring onboard a new Health and Safety Manager. The organisation provides maintenance and engineering services to a broad portfolio of renowned client within both public and private sector, such as education, healthcare, and commercial organisations.

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include:

Engaging with stakeholders across the organisation to assist and drive a positive cultureDay–to–day support on the management of ISO–system 45001Engaging with site contractors on a regular basis and ensuring they are compliant to company policyInvestigating incidents and implementing corrective actions to drive performance improvements Managing administrative tasks and collection of data once tasks have been completed and revealing the findings to improve performanceThe successful Health and Safety Manager will have:

NEBOSH General Certificate (and relevant IOSH membership)Proven experience in a similar health and safety role; ideally Property / hard Facilities ManagementProven experience working with Management systems (45001/14001)A pragmatic approach to safety and the ability to engage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholdersHappy to be based site–based 5 days per weekFor more information on this opportunity or to discuss your next career move, contact Matthew Cathcart on (phone number removed) or apply here.
