Our client, a dynamic organisation in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a skilled GRP Finisher to join their team in Horndean, East Hampshire.

Position: GRP Finisher

Location: Horndean, East Hampshire

Contract Type: Temp To Perm

Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

What You'll Do:

As a GRP Laminator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) components. Your daily tasks will include:

mould Preparation: Prepare moulds and apply release agents to ensure the smooth production of components.

Hand-Lay Techniques: utilise hand-lay techniques to work with fibreglass, resin, and gel coats, ensuring top-notch quality.

Quality Checks: Perform thorough quality checks on finished products, maintaining our client's high standards.

Trimming & Cutting: Trim, cut, and finish GRP components according to specifications, ensuring every piece is flawless.

Laminating Processes: Engage in various laminating processes, including wet lay, infusion, or vac-bagging, to enhance the product quality. What We're Looking For:

Experience in GRP finishing or laminating
