Description
Our client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic temporary Goods In/Dispatch Operative to join their team. This position could become permanent for the right person.
What You'll Do:
As a Goods In/Dispatch Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling multiple deliveries with precision and care
Efficiently moving stock in and out of the warehouse
Managing dispatch notes and ensuring accuracy in all documentation
Utilising computer systems to check stock levels and create reports
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to assist in daily tasks
What We're Looking For:
A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence
Previous experience in a Goods In/Dispatch or warehouse role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A proactive attitude and a commitment to safety and efficiency
Working hours 6.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday with a 3.00pm finish on Friday
Hourly rate of £14 - £15ph
