Description

We are seeking dependable Production Operatives to join our client's thriving manufacturing facility specialising in precast concrete walls and components.

The successful applicant will collaborate effectively within their production team to guarantee premium–quality concrete products are manufactured to company specifications.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 6:00–18:00, although the company offers flexibility and 8–hour shifts are also available.

Key Responsibilities

Support the manufacturing of precast concrete walls and associated productsPosition reinforced steel within moulds prior to concrete pouringModify, adjust, and change rebar dimensions as specified by requirementsApply paint finishes to concrete products to company specifications when necessaryHandle loading and unloading of materialsProvide assistance within other areas of the production facility as requiredKeep a clean and organised work areaAid fellow production team members as needed Requirements

Prior manufacturing or construction experience desirableEye for detail and dedication to qualityCapability to adhere to health and safety proceduresDependable transport and excellent attendance recordReadiness to work in a dynamic environmentCapability to work in all weather conditions, as work areas may be in exposed environments Immediate start available!
