Position 1 Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our client, a well-regarded engineering manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly tasks to ensure components are correctly fitted and function as required.

• Conduct hydrotesting to verify the integrity and performance of the assemblies.

• Prepare heating elements for installation, ensuring they meet required specifications.

• Prepare materials for production, including masking and demasking of painted items as required.

• Clean and prepare finished products to meet quality standards before delivery.

• Take on additional duties as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in assembly tasks.

• Ability to work with a variety of mechanical components and systems.

• Detail-oriented approach to ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team to meet production goals.

Working pattern:

Full time, permanent position 07:30 – 16:30 Monday- Thursday and 07:30-12:30 on a Friday
