Shift Pattern:

4 on / 4 off rotating shifts:

06:00 – 18:0018:00 – 06:00We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our manufacturing team. Working in a fast–paced environment, you will support the packing line operations and ensure products are handled, packed, and prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting packing line operations, including product feed and baggingCarrying out basic technical and quality checksRecording palletisation and assisting with transfer of finished goods to the warehouseCapturing, segregating, and transferring waste for reworkFollowing "clean as you go" procedures and supporting general site cleaningWorking in line with health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements

Previous manufacturing experience FLT –Counterbalance essential Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsPositive, "can do" attitude with a proactive approachHonest, reliable, and a strong team playerWillingness to learn and adapt in a changing environmentDue to site location, own transport is essential
