Shift: 07:30am to 4:30pm Mon to Thu / 07:30am to 12:30pm on Friday

Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour

About the Role

They are looking for a hands–on and detail–oriented General Factory Operative to join the team. This role involves producing foam packaging and ensuring all products meet high standards of quality and durability.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general factory duties including assembly, packing, and production supportUse hand and power tools to assist with manufacturing and assembly tasksFollow work instructions, production schedules, and technical drawings where requiredMeasure, cut, assemble, and finish products to specificationCarry out basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentFollow all health and safety procedures at all timesWork as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlinesSupport material handling, loading, and movement of goods within the factoryAbout You

Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, or production environment is desirableComfortable using hand tools and basic machineryGood attention to detail and ability to work accuratelyAble to follow instructions and work to set proceduresReliable, punctual, and hardworkingAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamPhysically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasksWilling to learn new skills and develop within a manufacturing environmentApply
