Food Production Operative - We’re currently recruiting for flexible and motivated Food Production Operatives to join our client, a leading manufacturer based on the outskirts of Woodbridge, Suffolk, with an immediate start available. Due to the rural location, candidates must have their own transport.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within food manufacturing. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

About the Role:

The company provides excellent training and development, allowing you to learn multiple areas of the business with opportunities for pay increases as your skills grow. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week on weekly rotating shifts. xjnqpsq Week 1Monday – Friday, 5.45am – 2pm and Week 2 Monday – Friday 1.45pm – 10pm. The starting pay rate is £12.74 per hour increasing after 12 weeks subject to training and skill set.

Key Duties:

Adding bottles to the production line

Packing bottles into boxes ready for dispatch

Ensuring all standards, procedures and practices are followed

Supporting production targets in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or packaging experience is beneficial

Ability to work rotating shifts - – this is essential

Own transport due to site location – this is essential

Good attention to detail and reliability

Willingness to learn and develop within the business
