Shifts: 12–hour shifts Days & Nights Weekend availability

Pay Rate: GBP12.21 GBP12.91/hr (initial), after 12 weeks: GBP12.45/hr Day shift GBP13.15/hr Night shift

Vital People are currently recruiting friendly and motivated Bakery Operatives to join a busy food production site in Kettering.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full–time, permanent role in a fast–paced, supportive environment.

About the Role:

Work on a fast–moving food production line Assemble, pack, label, and quality check products Follow health & safety guidelines at all times Shift Pattern:

Shifts are 12 hours, working 7 out of 14 days:

Day Shift: 06 00 Night Shift: 18 00 Example Rotation:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday What We re Looking For:
