Job Description:

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Food Production Operatives to join our team based in MK8 8DF. This role involves working within a fast–paced food manufacturing environment, ensuring that all products are produced to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery on the line

Prepare, assemble, and package food products according to company standards

Follow all hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times

Maintain a clean and tidy workspace

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is highly desirable

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Able to work effectively in a fast–paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

Willing to work either day or night shifts
