About the Role:

We are seeking a hands–on and enthusiastic Fitter to join our client's dynamic team.

Fitter Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of a variety of signage and graphics including: Vinyl graphics Acrylic signage Hanging banners Window and floor graphics Stretch wall graphics Bespoke event graphics Support senior installers on–site and in the production facility Prepare and maintain tools, materials, and surfaces for installation Load, transport, and unload signage materials as required Follow job briefs, design layouts, and ensure high–quality finishes Work safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean work environment

Fittere Requirements:

Some experience or strong interest in signage installation, graphic application, or a related trade Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Flexible with working hours, including early starts, late finishes, or occasional weekend work when required Competent with a range of hand and power tools Comfortable working at height (e.g., step ladders, scaffold towers) Good physical fitness and manual dexterity Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced team members Strong communication and teamwork skills Clean driving license preferred

Desirable (not essential):

Basic knowledge of signage materials and graphic production processes CSCS, IPAF, or PASMA certifications
