Contract: Freelance/labour only

We are a specialist joinery company dedicated to producing high–quality fire doors for commercial and domestic projects. Our focus is on precision, safety, and compliance, ensuring every door we manufacture meets strict fire safety standards.

The Fire Door Joiner / Supervisor role:

We are seeking an experienced Fire Door Joiner / Supervisor to oversee and participate in the manufacture of fire doors in our workshop. You will lead a small team, ensuring every door is produced to the highest quality, meets fire regulations, and is ready for delivery or installation.

Main responsibilities of the Fire Door Joiner / Supervisor include:

Manufacture and assemble fire doors according to specifications and fire safety standards. Supervise and coordinate a small workshop team to ensure efficiency and quality. Inspect materials and finished doors to maintain compliance with fire regulations. Operate and maintain woodworking machinery safely and efficiently. Ensure all production records and quality checks are completed accurately. Collaborate with clients and site teams to meet project timelines. Our ideal Fire Door Joiner / Supervisor will have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in joinery, preferably manufacturing fire doors. Knowledge of fire door regulations, certification, and compliance standards. Experience supervising a small team in a workshop environment. Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
