Here at Wisbech, we have a team of 525 colleagues and manufacture premium chilled ready to cook meals for major retailers such as Sainsbury's, Aldi and Co–op.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for mixing ingredients and raw materials in commercial kettles to create our saucesYou will need to follow recipes and specifications, as well as ensuring consistency across batches so that our customers receive high quality products on time, every timeEfficiently carry out any assigned operation or task, meeting all output targetsEffectively contribute to improved line performance and efficienciesMaintain excellent Housekeeping, Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene standardsResolve running problems/issuesHandling food ingredientsAble to follow manual lifting processes to handle 5kg to 20kg weighted resources.Participate in training and mentoring of new staffIdentify opportunities to continuously improve the production/processCommunicate effectively with your area leadersWhat we're looking for
