Factory Operative (Packing)

Description

Our client is a well established manufacturer known for producing some of the best quality products on the market. They are looking for a reliable Factory Operative to join their Packing team.

You'll make sure every customer order and stock item leaves the factory floor picked, packed, and labelled correctly, ready to go out the door.

Monday to Friday

07:00 – 15:30

Permanent

What You'll Be Doing

Picking, packing, and labelling customer orders against packing sheets and the weekly plan

Packing items for stock as required

Keeping the work area tidy, with tools and materials returned after use

Completing regular stock checks and flagging low stock items

Supporting powder coating pick and pack when required

Loading and unloading deliveries and collections, including greenhouse parts

Supporting other departments and general warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For

A counterbalance forklift licence is desirable but not essential

A careful, xjnqpsq methodical approach, this is a role where attention to detail really matters

A team player who takes pride in getting things right

Someone who follows health and safety procedures properly
