Facilities Maintenance TechnicianSalary: £30,000 p/a

Location: Wallingford

Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Job Type: Permanent

Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our site remains safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be at the heart of site operations, supporting a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, including:

Carrying out general maintenance and basic repairs across the site

Supporting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities

Responding promptly to reactive maintenance issues

Maintaining buildings, equipment, and external areas to a high standard

Assisting with monitoring site services to ensure safe and efficient operation

Conducting regular safety checks, identifying hazards, and reporting issuesWhat We’re Looking For

Experience in a hands-on or maintenance-based role

A good understanding of health & safety practices

A practical, solution-focused mindset

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
