Description
We are recruiting an exciting opportunity for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our client, a leading Office Solutions and workwear company based in the Norwich area.

Salary: GBP30–35K
Hours: 40 hours per week over Monday to Friday
Working for a friendly and supportive company you will operate industrial embroidery machines, ensure high–quality precision embroidery on textiles, and work to production deadlines. Proven experience in industrial embroidery is essential.
Main duties include:
• Operate and monitor embroidery machine (6 head Tajima), to produce quality embroidery on various textiles.
• Interpret embroidery designs and set up machines accordingly.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Ensure accurate thread colours and design placements according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain an organised and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production schedules.
