Machine Technician

Shifts: Monday to Friday – Days & Nights

iSQ Recruitment is supporting a well–established and forward–thinking manufacturer specialising in high–quality plastic packaging solutions for multiple sectors. Operating from modern, purpose–built facilities, the company is known for its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer–focused design. They are now looking to add a Machine Technician to their team.

The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license, access to their own vehicle, and full Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).

Responsible for carrying out planned tool and colour changes efficiently to support production schedules. Fault finding, making process adjustments, and ensuring optimal machine performance through continuous improvement. Ensure all products meet quality standards, with prompt reporting of defects or machine issues. Follow company procedures and adhere to ISO quality and health & safety standards. Maintain a clean and tidy work area and perform general production tasks to support overall efficiency. Qualifications & Criteria

Background in engineering and/or solid mechanical background. Adaptable to change & embraces challenges. A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive and professional attitude. Takes pride in delivering high–quality work with strong attention to detail and consistency. Shows initiative and a problem–solving mindset. Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle required. Full Right to Work in the UK.
