Dispatch Operative – Picking & Packing 2pm-10pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Dispatch Operative to join a busy warehouse team. This is a fast-paced role involving picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch to ensure customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

* Picking orders accurately using pick sheets or handheld scanners

* Packing products safely and efficiently

* Preparing goods for dispatch, including labelling and wrapping

* Loading and unloading deliveries

* Conducting basic quality checks on products

* Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe

* Working to daily targets and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

* Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred (but not essential)

* Good attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

* Physically fit and able to be xjnqpsq on your feet for most of the shift
