Develop and execute a holistic digital content strategy across web, social media, and CRMCollaborate with channel marketing, product, and cross–functional teams to align content with business objectivesPlan, optimise, and map website content and user journeys to improve engagement and UXManage and coordinate the social media content calendar for timely, brand–consistent messagingOversee the CRM campaign calendar, delivering targeted, data–driven communicationsBrief and manage external agencies to ensure strategic alignment and high–quality deliveryEmbed SEO best practices across digital content, considering AI–led search trendsMonitor and analyse digital performance metrics, providing insights and recommendationsIntegrate content planning with broader marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiativesProfile

About You:

Proven experience in developing and executing digital content strategies across web, social, and CRMYou will have at least 5+ years experience in a similar roleStrong background in B2B product–led marketing or technical/solution–driven environmentsExperience collaborating cross–functionally with marketing, product, and technical teamsSkilled in SEO, content optimisation, and performance marketingAbility to translate complex product information into clear, customer–focused messagingExcellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in a fast–paced, collaborative environmentExperience managing external agencies to deliver campaigns effectivelyAnalytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsJob Offer

Salary: 45,000 – 52,000, depending on experienceAnnual bonus: Up to 10% discretionary performance–based bonusRetirement support: Employer pension contributionHybrid working: 3 days per week in the officeAnnual leave: 23 days of annual leave, plus all bank holidaysHybrid working: 3 days in–office, 2 days remotePermanent position based in Southampton
