Cut and Crease Operator

Total Spectrum are currently recruiting on behalf of our Manufacturing client, who is looking for a Cut & Crease Operator to join their existing team, based in the Bradford area.

The successful candidate will be experienced in all areas of die cutting, with a minimum of 3 years' experience and also be required to set-up and operate: Automatic Platen Cutting Machine.

This is a straight permanent position with the client, for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

*

Making ready jobs for die-cutting.

*

Running and monitoring of jobs ensuring quality is maintained.

*

Completing appropriate information on: MIS - Computer Systems to verify operator, quantities and QC.

*

Daily machine maintenance and Health & Safety checks.

*

Completing other daily duties and requests from a Manager or Supervisor

*

Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.

Experience of die-cutting in previous role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

Reliable, and trustworthy

Awareness and knowledge of Health and Safety

Hours & Salary:

*

Starting salary between £35,000-£40,000 per annum, however potential to be slightly higher for the right candidate

*

Shift work, rotating weekly: Days - Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00/ Nights - Monday to Thursday 14:00 - 22:30/ Friday 14:00 - 22:00
