Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our operations team.

Working with the General Manager, you will improve customer experience, team performance and accountability.

The Role;

The role is split between leading the team, handling customer quotes/orders/queries and overseeing deliveries to customers.

Lead, coach and support the team while managing key customer relationships.

Improve customer experience, order conversion and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

* Lead and develop a small, office-based customer service team.

* Support key accounts and resolve complex queries and claims.

* Coordinate with marketing, supply and transport teams.

* Maintain controls across quotations, orders, payments and installations.

* Drive a collaborative, accountable and customer-focused culture.
