We re recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support operational excellence within a fast–paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to drive measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, while helping to embed a strong continuous improvement culture across the site.

Key Responsibilities for the Continuous Improvement Engineer:

Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, flow, and operational performance

Apply Lean tools (5S, VSM, standard work, visual management) to optimise processes

Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality and production issues

Track and report on key metrics such as OEE, cycle time, and cost savings

Facilitate Kaizen events and CI workshops across multiple departments

Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to deliver sustainable improvements

Coach and mentor colleagues on Lean principles and CI best practices

Update process documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards

We re looking for someone with experience in process optimisation within a manufacturing environment, strong analytical and problem–solving skills, and a proactive approach to driving change and continuous improvement.
