Our client, a well-regarded player in the Manufacturing & Production industry, is seeking a dedicated Coach Builder to join their dynamic team in Sandbach. Key Responsibilities:

As a Coach Builder, you will be integral to our production process. Your daily tasks will include:

utilising Air and Hand Tools: Remove OEM panels from vehicles with precision and care.

Window Installations: Cut out and prepare vehicles for window fitting, ensuring a perfect fit every time.

Window Bonding: Skillfully bond and fix windows to vehicles, maintaining high standards of quality.

Floor Fitting: Fit pre-cut wooden floors or smart floors to enhance vehicle interiors.

Aluminium Support Installation: Drill and fit aluminium supports to the sides and roof structures for added strength.

Panel Bonding: Bond additional panels to vehicles as required to meet project specifications.

What We're Looking For:

We value passion and a willingness to learn! While previous experience is preferred, it is not mandatory-training is provided for the right candidate! Here's what you'll need:

Proven experience using hand and air tools.

Your own drill and driver (essential for the role).

A readiness to work in a lively and loud environment (PPE provided, plus training on safety procedures).

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Friday: 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Overtime: Available daily for those looking to maximise their earnings!

Compensation:

Starting Rate: £13.50 per hour during the first 6 weeks of training.

Post-Training Rate: £14.40 per hour, recognising your growth and contribution.
