Are you an experienced and skilled CNC precision machinist used to producing high quality parts from various materials?

Are you thinking about looking at a new opportunity within a recently purchased company who are moving to larger, new and improved facilities?

I am working with a well established Leicester company who have been recently acquired by a much large organisation. Due to investment and exciting future plans they are now expanding their operations in Leicester, by adding new engineers and moving into a new larger premises

The Role

Working on CNC Turning Machines producing parts to tight tolerancesProgramming from Drawings Online using Fanuc ControllersLoading pre–existing programs and ensuring set ups are accurate and offsetsEnsure all tooling is correct and fit for purposeChecking first offs ensuring batches are manufactured correctlyEnsuring all job cards and paperwork are completed per operation About You

Preferably be apprentice trained C&G/NVQAble to interpret engineering drawings and programHave expert knowledge of Fanuc controller and G codesBe able to set and operate machine tools (Haas)Have experience of live tooling (Ideally)Ideally have additional experience of CNC Milling (not essential)Be able to use a micrometer, callipers and other measurement tools Your Reward
