CNC Team Manager, Salisbury (company relocating to Andover), GBP45,000

A well–established manufacturing business based in Salisbury is seeking a CNC Team Manager to lead one of its key production teams. This business is known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement, and has a strong reputation within its specialist sector.

As CNC Team Manager, you ll be responsible for overseeing the day–to–day performance of your team, ensuring production goals are achieved in line with customer requirements. You ll manage resource allocation, identify and implement process improvements, and foster the growth and development of team members. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a proactive approach to continuous improvement, and ideally, experience with CNC tube bending.

Joining a collaborative and process–driven environment, you ll play a vital role in delivering high–quality products on time and within budget. As CNC Team Manager, you ll benefit from 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, free on–site parking, and development opportunities.

As CNC Team Manager, you will:

Lead daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.Allocate resources effectively, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve output and efficiency.Work collaboratively with planning and logistics teams to prioritise work orders and ensure turnaround times are met.Champion hands–on leadership, team development, and continuous improvement across all processes. As CNC Team Manager, you will have:

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong knowledge of quality systems.A hands–on, organised approach with excellent communication skills.Experience in CNC tube bending and driving performance improvements. Interested?
