Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm / 10pm–6am)

A growing precision engineering manufacturer based in Rainham is expanding its production team and is looking to recruit multiple CNC Operators due to significant investment in a new manufacturing line.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Operator, but we are also keen to hear from individuals with machine operating, manufacturing or engineering experience who are looking to develop a long–term career within engineering and production.

With a growing team, ongoing investment, and full training available for the right individuals, this is an exciting time to join the business.

The RoleAs a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the production of precision–engineered components within a busy manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Operating CNC machineryMonitoring machine performance and production outputCarrying out quality checks and measurementsPerforming basic machine adjustments and tool changesEnsuring components are manufactured to specificationFollowing production and quality proceduresSupporting continuous improvement activitiesMaintaining a safe and organised working environmentWhat We're Looking ForWe would like to hear from:

Experienced CNC OperatorsCNC MachinistsCNC Setter/OperatorsMachine OperatorsManufacturing OperativesProduction OperativesEngineering ApprenticesRecently qualified engineering candidatesPrevious CNC experience is advantageous but not essential.

More important is a positive attitude, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and an interest in engineering or manufacturing.
