CNC Operator

Description

A leading high-precision manufacturing company is looking for skilled CNC Operators to join their Basildon team.

You will be responsible for producing high-precision components on multi-axis CNC machines, including 4 and 5-axis milling and turn/mill machines, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machinesInspect parts using CMM and other measurement tools to ensure compliance with drawingsFollow safety procedures and production standardsMaintain logs of production, machine adjustments, and repairsMaximise machine uptime through preventative maintenanceSupport team members and production requirements as neededSkills & Experience

Ability to read and interpret technical drawingsExperience working to high-quality, precision standards (Aerospace/Defence desirable)Knowledge of manufacturing regulations, procedures, and safety standardsTime-served or demonstrable relevant CNC experienceAttention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication skillsWhat's on Offer
