CNC & Manual Machinists – Multiple Roles (PAYE Contract)
Location: Titchfield, near Fareham, Hampshire
Contract Type: PAYE (until end of December 2026!)
About the Roles
We are expanding our team and have multiple contract vacancies for experienced machinists at our well–equipped manufacturing facility in Titchfield, Hampshire. Roles are available across CNC and manual machining, offering a supportive and busy engineering environment.
This is a thrilling time to come on board as the business prepares to move into a brand–new, purpose–built facility!
Roles now extended until December 2026
Shift Pattern
Training: Day shifts initiallyAfter Training: Early or late shifts

Late2:00 pm – 11:45 pm Mon–Thu 21.70 ( 24.86 inc. holiday) 22.36 ( 25.61 inc. holiday)
OvertimeAs required 27.13 ( 31.07 inc. holiday) 27.95 ( 32.02 inc. holiday)

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, grinders, or sliding head machinesWork from engineering drawings and work instructionsRecord and interpret SPC dataUse precision measuring tools (verniers, micrometers, plug gauges)Perform manual machining, toolmaking, and deburring tasksMaintain safe working practices and support continuous improvement initiatives
Experience Required
Proven machining experience in relevant rolesCNC machinists: experience on machines such as Mori Seiki NH5000, Hardinge Conquest, Citizen Sliding Head, etc.Fastems experience preferred for CNC Machining Centre rolesAbility to read and work from engineering drawingsCompetence in SPC recording and precision measuring toolsApprenticeship or equivalent practical experienceAerospace, defence, or regulated industry experience desirableRight to work in the UK and eligible for ITAR–controlled work
