This is a contract role but we are also considering perm applications – ask for more details

Role: CMM Inspector (Weekend Shift – Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Contract Type: Contract or Permanent

Location: Leamington Spa

Salary: 21.60 per hour (inclusive of 30% weekend shift premium).

This will increase to 2026 rate for March start date.

The Role

A Friday, Saturday, Sunday shift – 12 hour shifts, commencing March 2026.

This role involves working in a small team to deliver high quality transmission components, mainly for the motorsport / aerospace industries, with a right first–time philosophy.

Key Competencies and Experience

Strong understanding of technical drawings and geometric tolerancesAbility to interpret and inspect components from drawings and planning route cards to the highest quality and within routed timeframesExperience using manual measuring equipment and performing table work to check parts against drawing or planning requirementsProgramming experience on CMM and knowledge of Mitutoyo software would be advantageousDemonstrates a proactive and innovative approach to team support, with a strong focus on problem solving and continuous improvementFlexible in supporting other areas of manufacturing when requiredWillingness to work additional hours to meet delivery deadlines
