Description

Adecco are seeking a dedicated CCTV Operator based in Paisley to help detect and prevent accidents, crimes, and incidents at a secure site.

This role involves working 48 hours per week on a 4–on, 4–off day shift rotation, with an additional requirement to cover two extra shifts per month.

Excellent communication skills and strong customer focusValid SIA CCTV Licence is essentialPrevious control room experience Experience with CCTV systems Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and excelAbility to meet BS7858 vetting standardsKey Responsibilities

Liaise daily with peers, operational teams, and site contactsOperate and monitor security systems within the Control Centre in line with assignment instructions and legislationManage access and egress according to site–specific protocolsRecord events and actions observed in the control roomRespond to incidents and security concernsReport technical faults using the appropriate escalation processCollaborate with emergency services and other security providersProduce written reports on incidents in accordance with site and company standardsEnsure the safety of all individuals on sitePerform additional duties as requiredTo discuss this fantastic opportunity, please get in touch today
