Responsibilities as a Manufacturing Operative:

Working on a fast–paced manufacturing lineAchieving daily production schedules and performance targetsMaintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisationActively participating in continuous improvement initiativesUsing ERP systems to support production and stock accuracy Skills required as a Manufacturing Operative:

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environmentExcellent communication skillsA positive, proactive, and energetic approachMotivated, flexible, and a strong team player The details:

Salary: GBP12.21 – GBP13 p/h

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:45am 3:00pm

Location: Bourton–on–the–Water

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
