Bottlepack Operative Thetford

GBP15.33 per hour

Continental Shift Pattern 12–Hour Shifts

Hales Group are currently recruiting for a Bottlepack Operative on behalf of our client based in Thetford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy manufacturing environment where you'll play a key role in ensuring products are filled, packaged, and prepared to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor filling machinery and associated equipment to ensure consistent product quality and production output. Set up and calibrate machines according to production requirements. Carry out quality checks on fill levels, weights, packaging, and labelling to ensure company standards are met. Identify and report equipment faults, product deviations, or safety concerns promptly. Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance, and product changeovers as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with GMP and Health & Safety procedures. Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and achieve production targets. What We're Looking For: Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Flexible to work both day and night shifts.

Shift Pattern: Continental Shift Pattern (12–hour shifts)
