Job Role: Bench Hand Joiner
Location: Leicestershire, LE65
Pay: 15 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

The Bench Hand Joiner Role:
As a skilled Bench Hand Joiner, you will assist with the preparation, assembly, and finishing of furniture components, working closely with experienced joiners to ensure every piece meets exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand tools and power tools.Assemble and finish bespoke furniture components to a high standard.Follow technical drawings and specifications accurately.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop.Check work for quality and accuracy.Operate machinery safely and assist with material handling.
About You:
Previous experience as a Bench Hand Joiner or WoodworkerA keen eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.Physically fit and able to handle workshop tasks safely.Willingness to learn and develop practical joinery skills.Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
