Contract: Temporary

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £22-£25 per hour (DOE)

We're seeking an Audit & Compliance Analyst to support one of our key clients in the manufacturing sector-helping refine processes, strengthen audit frameworks, and uphold industry-leading compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

Review and analyse historical audit reports to spot gaps, inconsistencies, and emerging trends

Work closely with the Compliance Team to assess and enhance existing audit checklists and processes

Recommend corrective actions to strengthen compliance and operational standards

Support the creation and rollout of improved audit tools, templates, and documentation

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure audit findings are addressed and closed out

Maintain precise records of findings, actions, and compliance outcomes

Assist in preparing high‑quality reports and presentations for senior leadership and clientsAbout You

You'll bring:

Experience in audit, compliance, or quality assurance

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Confidence working with manufacturing standards and processes

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit/compliance tracking systems
