Your new companyAs an Associate Director in Wastewater Process Engineering, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, sustainable solutions on iconic engineering projects-both domestically and internationally.We specialise in all aspects of process engineering within the water industry, including wastewater and bio-resources treatment. Our work spans the full project lifecycle-from feasibility studies to commissioning-and we're proud to offer opportunities in adjacent sectors such as nuclear.Your new roleYou will be responsible for leading and directing technical design teams, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and delivering high-quality outcomes. Define project briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals. Manage time and budgets effectively to meet key milestones. Collaborate with UK and international teams to deliver integrated design solutions. Set and uphold quality assurance standards in design, grow and develop process engineering capabilities within the practice.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a Chartered Chemical or Process Engineer (IChemE or CIWEM preferred), have proven experience in leading multidisciplinary design delivering a deep understanding of process engineering and its impact on project and operational risks.
