NXTGEN are pleased to be supporting a prestigious, high–growth brand based in Norfolk who are searching for a Part Qualified Assistant Management Accountant. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who is part–qualified and looking to progress their career within a fast–paced and evolving finance function. Working closely with a brilliant and highly experienced finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the business through continued expansion. This is a progressive role with genuine development opportunities for the right individual.

This business is experiencing significant growth and is investing heavily in its people, systems, and processes. As a result, they are looking for someone who thrives in change, can adapt quickly, and is confident managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timelinessSupport the month–end close process, including journals, accruals, and prepaymentsReconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variancesAssist with budgeting and forecasting activitiesSupport cash flow reporting and analysisWork closely with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial insightHelp improve and develop finance processes as the function continues to evolveAssist with ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

The ideal candidate will be part–qualified ACCA or CIMA with strong experience supporting month–end accounting processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast–paced and ever–changing environment. They will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workload effectively whilst consistently meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills, alongside a proactive and can–do attitude, are essential, as is a genuine keenness to learn and progress within a growing business.
