Description

We’re looking for an Assembly Technician to join us at Ronford Baker Engineering and become part of a business where precision, craftsmanship and product quality genuinely matter. You’ll play a hands-on role in building and maintaining equipment trusted across the global film and television industry, with work that you can take real pride in.

Our products are recognised as the highest quality platforms available for both studio and location shooting.

Your responsibilities as Assembly Technician at Ronford Baker

Assemble a range of precision-engineered products to exacting standards

Disassemble, service, and repair specialist camera support equipment

Use hand tools alongside manual lathes and milling machines

Maintain consistent quality across all builds and repairs

Identify faults and carry out effective troubleshooting

Support increased production output without compromising standards

What we’re looking for in an Assembly Technician

Previous experience assembling, servicing, and repairing xjnqpsq precision equipment

Experience using manual lathes and milling machines

Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding ability

Proven ability to work independently on technical tasks

High level of accuracy when working with mechanical components

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 3:30pm, Friday 7:00am – 1:00pm
