About the Role:We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Assembly Operative to join our team in a busy manufacturing environment. This role involves working with steel components, including cutting, assembling, and preparing materials for further processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Cutting steel to size using hand tools and machinery (training provided)Assembling steel components according to specificationsOperating basic machinery and equipment safelyQuality checking finished productsMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentFollowing health and safety procedures at all times Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is desirableComfortable working with steel and using cutting toolsGood attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsPhysically fit and able to handle manual tasksReliable, punctual, and a strong team player Benefits:
