We're looking for an Assembly Operative to join a well–established company in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in assembly, fitting, vehicle build, mechanical installation or manufacturing who enjoy working with tools and technical drawings in a fast–paced production environment.

The Role: Working as part of a skilled production team, you'll be responsible for assembling components, carrying out fitting activities and ensuring products are built to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructionsUsing hand and power tools including drills, spanners and assembly equipmentCarrying out assembly and fitting tasks to specificationCompleting production paperwork accuratelyFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesMaintaining high standards of quality and workmanshipSupporting production targets and team objectives What We're Looking For: Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)Previous manufacturing, assembly, fitting or mechanical experienceConfident using hand and power toolsAbility to read and understand technical drawingsMechanical, vehicle assembly, engineering or production background desirableReliable, hardworking and eager to learnGood attention to detail and organisational skills Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pmFriday: 7:00am – 3:00pm45 hours per weekOvertime available and paid at time and a half following successful completion of probation What's On Offer?
