Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a well–established business in Gillingham, Dorset.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, detail–oriented individuals who enjoy hands–on work and take pride in producing high–quality products. You'll be responsible for assembling, wrapping and packing luxury gift hampers, ensuring every order is accurately prepared and beautifully presented for dispatch.

What We Offer

13.15 per hour.Monday to Friday working pattern.Day shifts only.7:30am–2:30pm.Immediate start available.Friendly and supportive working environment.

Key Duties

Assemble luxury gift hampers according to company specifications.Carefully wrap products and hampers to achieve a premium finish.Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently.Apply packaging materials, ribbons, labels and decorative finishes.Carry out quality checks to maintain high presentation standards.Ensure products are securely packaged and correctly labelled for dispatch.Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines.Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good manual dexterity and careful handling of products.Ability to work accurately in a fast–paced environment.Good organisational and time–management skills.Previous experience in packing, warehousing, production or assembly is advantageous but not essential.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable, punctual and hardworking approach.Pride in producing high–quality work and excellent presentation standards.Flexible approach and willingness to support the wider team when required.
