We're recruiting Assembly Operatives on behalf of a globally recognised automotive manufacturer with more than 100 years of industry expertise. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their team and are looking for motivated individuals to join their modern manufacturing facility.

Whether you have previous experience as an Assembly Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Production Operative, Factory Operative, or you're looking to build a career in automotive manufacturing, this is an excellent opportunity with immediate starts available.

The Role

As an Assembly Operative, you'll be part of a supportive production team where quality, teamwork and safety are key. Full training is provided, allowing you to develop valuable skills within a leading manufacturing environment.

Your duties may include:

Assembling high–quality automotive components Using specialist equipment including air tools, spray guns and hog rings Carrying out visual quality inspections Following manufacturing processes and health & safety procedures Working as part of a team to achieve production targets Every day offers the opportunity to learn new skills and gain valuable experience in automotive manufacturing.

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a rotating two–shift pattern.

Days

Monday – Thursday: 6:45am – 3:00pm

Friday: 6:45am – 2:30pm

Lates

Monday – Thursday: 4:20pm – 12:35am

Friday: 2:55pm – 10:40pm

Flexibility to work both shifts and overtime when required is essential.

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is beneficial but not essential Full training provided Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well within a team Good attention to detail and commitment to quality We welcome applications from candidates with experience in:

Manufacturing Assembly Factory work Production Warehousing Logistics Retail Hospitality Many of the skills gained in these industries transfer well into automotive manufacturing.
