Production Operative (Assembly) - Temp to Perm - Harlow

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Harlow. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work in a clean, modern environment, with the chance of a permanent role after 12 weeks.

The Role

You will be working at stations on a production line, assembling high-quality components in a structured and process-driven environment.

Duties include:

Assembling products using small components and hand tools

Operating semi-automated machinery

Following clear, step-by-step instructions

Carrying out quality checks throughout the process

Maintaining accuracy and consistency at all timesThis is a repetitive role, so it would suit someone who is focused, patient, and takes pride in doing a job well.

£12.71 per hour

Pay increase to £13.40 per hour after 12 weeks

Opportunity for a permanent contract

Weekly pay

Hours

Monday to Thursday: 07:55 - 16:40

Friday: 07:55 - 15:25

45 minutes unpaid break per day

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing

Good attention to detail

Good manual dexterity

Ability to follow instructions accurately

Reliable and punctualDesirable:

Experience working with small components

Use of hand tools

Background in electronics, precision, or fine assembly
