ASSEMBLY / MACHINE OPERATIVE

Due to growth we are looking for Assembly and Machine Operatives for one of our clients based in Birmingham.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company

This will be a temporary to permanent role working full time Day shift hours

Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am – 1.00pm

Temp - Permanent Role Paying £12.21ph

Duties Will Include:

Working on a fast paced production line

Following instructions specific to client needs and requirements

Using hand tools and Operating welding machinery

Assembling Parts and products

Quality Checking and inspecting orders

Any other general factory duties

Experience and skills required for this role include:

Previous experience of working in a factory or shopfloor environment

Minimum of 2 years Experience in machine operating and assembly

Be Self-motivated and eager to learn

Good communication and organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Attributes needed for this role:

Be a strong team player who can work well under pressure,

Be able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively

Have a strong work ethic

A good understanding of English both written and spoken
