Assembler Cambridge GBP13.21 per hour

Cutting, bonding and shaping composite materials with precisionMeasuring and working accurately with centimetres and millimetresUsing hand tools including scissors and scalpel bladesLifting and manoeuvring heavy boards into the press area and ovensWorking closely with colleagues to meet production targetsFollowing established processes to ensure consistently high–quality output As an Assembler, your experience will include:

A practical, hands–on background in any relevant trade or production environmentConfidence measuring and working to precise tolerancesExperience working with wood, composites or similar materials is an advantageA background as a carpenter or bench joiner is desirable but not essentialStrong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your workA willingness to support the team with overtime when required Full training will be provided, so if you have the right attitude and a steady pair of hands, we want to hear from you.
