Description
this is NOT a fully sized dress form mannequin, it is slightly smaller than one, it might work for children's or big dolls clothes, or for just home decor use.
In good overall condition, there was a slight chip around the pedestal, it was sanded down and painted and glossed over, and is not too noticeable from a distance. It also has some very slight rusting underneath it but nothing too bad and doesn't effect the use.
