Job Description

Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy client, based in Thatcham.

Day and Night Shift positions available!

DAY SHIFT – Monday to Friday: 12.73 ph/Overtime 13.25 ph

– Weekends: 13.82 ph/Overtime 14.95 ph

NIGHT SHIFT – Monday to Friday: 13.82 ph/Overtime 14.95 ph

– Weekends: 14.94 ph/Overtime 16.08 ph

As a Warehouse Operative you will be:

– Picking food products using a top voice pick system for a well–known supermarket

– Working in a chilled and ambient environment

– Breaking down and allocating goods

– Achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager

– Other duties which may include heavy lifting

The ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience:

– Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided

– Must have good attention to detail

– Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable and flexible

– Ability to work under pressure, and to meet deadlines

– Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance

Additional Information

– Overtime paid after 40 hours per week.

– Xmas Bonus rate enhancements, potential extra 800 earnings in December on top of pay rates.

– Day Shift 10:00 – (Finish time can vary between 15:00–18:00)

– Night Shift 18:00 – (Finish time can vary between 23:00 – 02:00)
