Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Sutton Coldfield B76 (Minworth)

Start Date: 27/07/2026 (assessment days will start W/C 13/07/2026)

Shifts: The site operates on a 2 shift pattern : 5:50am–6pm & 5:50pm–6am.

Minimum 3 shifts a week

Shift alignment will depend on site demands.

Job Type: Temp to perm opportunities available

Pay:

Day Shifts(5:50 AM – 6:00 PM): 12.76 per hour (increases to 14.04 per hour after 12 weeks)

Night Shifts(5:50 PM – 6:00 AM): 13.21 per hour (increases to 15.87 per hour after 12 weeks)

Storage and distribution of confectionary productsKeeping the workspace clean and organizedFollowing clear food safety and hygiene guidelinesSupporting daily targets and learning from experienced team leadsOperating machinery safely (full training provided)Picking individual orders to be delivered to a variety of supermarkets and other client sitesWhat You'll Learn:
